District On 5th
HOW IT WORKS
- Free for the residents of The District on 5th.
- To avoid a $50 recovery fee, return the bike to The District when your ride is complete. If the bike is damaged, lost or stolen residents will be billed directly by the Community Manager (your credit card on file will not be charged).
- Only one bike may be reserved and/or checked out at one time.
- If you want to make a stop, maintain your reservation on the bike by pressing the “hold” button. It will prompt you to lock the bike to the nearest rack. Extend the hold time as necessary through the keypad interface or SoBi app. Enter your PIN code to unlock the bike and resume your ride.
GPS Tracking provides wireless connectivity and real-time data. Users can register, reserve, ride, and return bikes using their smartphone or computer.
No bulky, expensive kiosks necessary! Each Gotcha Bike is equipped with a robust U-Bar lock that is compatible with most standard bike racks.
Dedicated fleet management and rider support ensure a successful bike share program. Maintenance issues can be reported directly from the bike.
Gotcha Bike is fully customizable, offering multiple branding areas and exact Pantone color matching.
